It has many biological functions such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic, antioxidant, non-specific blocking of calcium ion channels, inhibiting histamine release, dilating coronary arteries, reducing myocardial oxygen consumption, inhibiting platelet aggregation, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar, etc. In some cells, the anti-tumor effect can be achieved by blocking the cell cycle and inducing autophagy apoptosis. | pharmacological action | [4] Fangzonolin (fangchinoline,FAN) is often used as an analgesic, anti-rheumatic and anti-hypertensive drug in traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, its anti-cancer effect has attracted people's attention. Literature indicates that it can inhibit tumor cells by inducing apoptosis, blocking cell cycle progression and inhibiting tumor cell invasion. In addition, as one of the main alkaloids contained in the Fangji plant Fangji, Fanghexine has obvious analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, coronary artery expansion, blood pressure lowering, anti-cancer and other effects. High-dose or long-term use will have certain toxicity to the liver and kidney, of which liver damage is the most serious, and the degree of damage is proportional to the drug dose. In addition, Fanghexanolin may become a potential drug for the treatment of prostate cancer. | determination method | [5] the determination methods of tetrandolinine (FAN) mainly include high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) , thin layer chromatography (TLC) and capillary electrophoresis (CE). recently, chemiluminescence method has also been reported. The method is based on the oxidation of Fangzonolin base by potassium permanganate under acidic conditions to produce chemiluminescence, and a new method for the determination of Fangzonolin base by potassium permanganate academic luminescence system has been established. The method is simple, fast and sensitive. has been successfully used for the determination of Fangzonolin content in Fangji. |
